Biscuit/Baking Mix Recip

This makes a small portion, I found this recipe a here which give you a 12 serving size recipe.  I reduced mine to just one serving size:

3/4 cup all-purpose flour
1teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons and 2 teaspoons of shortening

In a large bowl, combine the dry ingredients.  cut in  shortening
until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.  Store in a n airtight container
in a coo dry place or in the freezer for up to 8 months
