YahKheena, In answer to your question on my cheese making: I have been making cheese for about maybe 7 years. Just in the past four I have really started learning and making more cheeses. I have learned on my own with the help of books and advise from my older married sister. I hope you can learn how to make cheese. You can make it even if you do not have a milk animal. Maybe you can find someone that has raw milk available in your area. Books that have helped me along in my cheese making are:
