Sunday was the renewed moon, our Night of Blessings, but
the honouree was not able to make it on Sunday night...
so, we rescheduled it for Tuesday night being that was the
night she was free.
Ashsten Nicole my oldest daughter was
to the honoured guess at our
Night of Blessings
She didn't know the dinner was for her, she
just thought she was eating over.
!!Surprise!!
!!Surprise!!
(Joseph was blowing the shofar, let the celebration begin...)
The royal blue plate and glass was her place setting...
royal blue for the person of honour. The pink
candles, napkins, and ribbon was add
because pink is her favorite color.
After dinner we read our letters of blessings...
YahChanna reading her letter to Ashsten
Some of the handcrafted gifts...
do you remember the topsy turvey doll YahChanna
was making... yep she gave it to Ashsten
Hand knitted wash cloth with scented glycerin
soap... so soft and pretty
Ashsten & AbbiYah
The letters of blessings we made for her
more hand crafted gifts... dehydrated strawberries, lime green
hand knitted wash cloth with soap, hand knitted pink 'I love you' socks
and the topsy turvey doll

Oh Yahkheena! What a light of love you have shown her and given to her, and this has made me wish to start something like that....a wonderful idea!
ReplyDeleteOh. My. Word.
ReplyDeleteHow absolutely touching and inspiring. Phil & I have date night tonight...I am going to show him this and see how we may be able to incorporate your ideas into something for our family.
The timing is amazing. We were just looking for a way to add extra blessings between our family members...active ways to communicate love.
Beautiful. Simply beautiful. I am so glad you shared. Thank you!
